
Einstein's Mini Med School Graduates First Class
Elkins Park, PA, December 7, 2004-More than 40 "students" increased their health IQ after graduating from Einstein's Mini Med School this fall.
The course, which began in late September and ran for six consecutive Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Einstein at Elkins
Park, offered area residents a unique way to learn about the human body and its complex systems from some of Einstein's most
prestigious and experienced physicians. Topics each week included cell biology and mutation; the circulatory and respiratory
systems; the musculoskeletal system; the brain; the gastrointestinal system; and navigating the healthcare system.
Plans for a spring semester of Einstein's Mini Med School, which will include a new curriculum, are currently underway. For
