
Lisa Tomlinson Promoted to Nurse Manager at Albert Einstein Medical Center
Philadelphia, PA, December 22, 2004 - Lisa Tomlinson, RN, BS, has been promoted to Nurse Manager of the Catheterization and Electrophysiology Laboratories at
Albert Einstein Medical Center. In her new role, Ms. Tomlinson will oversee the daily operations of the Catheterization Laboratory,
where cardiac catheterization is used to diagnose and treat coronary artery disease, and of the Electrophysiology Laboratory,
where heart rhythm disorders are treated.
Ms. Tomlinson has been an employee of Einstein since graduating from the Albert Einstein Medical Center School of Nursing.
After receiving her nursing diploma, Ms. Tomlinson continued her education at the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science
where she received a bachelor of science degree in Healthcare Administration.
Ms. Tomlinson has extensive patient care experience, having held a variety of staff and managerial positions in cardiac and
critical care units at Einstein. Her most recent position was in the Electrophysiology Laboratory, where she provided direct
care to patients having electrophysiology studies and permanent pacemaker and defibrillator insertion. Ms. Tomlinson has also
acted as preceptor and clinical resource person for graduate nurses, RNs and student nurses.
