
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Announces 2004-2005 Board Appointments
PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 16, 2004 – Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, one of Philadelphia’s largest providers of healthcare services, has announced new board
appointments for fiscal year 2005.
Jack F. Adler Jr. of Center City Philadelphia was re-elected to his third term as Chairman of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network’s Board of Trustees, the governing body
of the organization, and Board of Overseers, which serves in an advisory and fundraising capacity. Mr. Adler is President
of JAD Enterprises, Inc.
In addition, Richard J. Braemer, Esq., of Center City Philadelphia was re-elected to his third term as Chairman, Board of Albert Einstein Healthcare Services; and, Richard C. Sheerr of Bryn Mawr, PA, was re-elected to his third term as Chairman, Board of Albert Einstein Physician Services. Mr. Braemer is an attorney and
partner at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll. Mr. Sheerr is with The Wagman Primus Group, LP.
Five new members were elected to Albert Einstein Healthcare Network’s Board of Overseers: Ethan S. Fellheimer; Esq.; Abbe
F. Fletman, Esq.; Marina Kats, Esq.; Wayne D. Kimmel, Esq. and Cary S. Tye, Esq. Ethan S. Fellheimer of Penn Valley, PA, is Senior Vice President of Commercial Development for Pennsylvania Business Bank. Abbe F. Fletman of Philadelphia, PA, is a lawyer and partner at Wolf Block Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP. Marina Kats of Meadowbrook, PA, is an attorney and President of the Law Offices of Kats, Jaimison, Van Der Veen and Associates. Wayne D. Kimmel of Wayne, PA, is the Managing Director of the Eastern Technology Fund (ETF), a venture fund. Cary S. Tye of Rydal, PA, is Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Services for Colliers L&A.
