
Penny J. Rezet, Esq., Appointed Vice President and General Counsel for Albert Einstein Healthcare Network
Philadelphia, PA, April 27, 2004 – Penny J. Rezet, Esq., has been appointed Vice President and General Counsel for Albert Einstein Healthcare Network.
Ms. Rezet joined Einstein in 1993 as a staff attorney after leaving Drinker, Biddle and Reath where she served as an associate
attorney with a concentration in Tax Law. During Ms. Rezet’s tenure with Einstein, she effectively served and supported the
network in a broad array of legal and transactional matters resulting in her promotion to Assistant General Counsel in 1994,
and Associate General Counsel in 1998. In her capacity as counsel, Ms. Rezet has worked on a variety of legal issues, including
the acquisition of Germantown Hospital, affiliation with the Jefferson Health System, and recently, the acquisition of Elkins
Park Hospital. Ms. Rezet was selected for this leadership position following a nationwide search for candidates.

Ms. Rezet is a graduate of Kenyon College and earned her Juris Doctorate at Temple University in 1987. She is licensed as
an attorney in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
