
MossRehab’s “Camp Independence” Offers Fun and Relaxation for Adults with Physical Disabilities
Philadelphia, PA, July 14, 2005– MossRehab invites adults with physical disabilities to enjoy the fun and friendships of summer camp at Camp Independence.
Now in its 35th year, Camp Independence is a week-long, overnight, camping program for individuals 18 years of age and older.
This year’s program will be from August 7 to August 13.
Located at the Variety Club Campgrounds in Worcester, Montgomery County, PA, campers will enjoy activities such as therapeutic
horseback riding, adaptive swimming, art and music therapy and much more. MossRehab provides assistance to campers with personal
care needs during their stay. The cost for the camp is $500 plus a $10 registration fee.
