Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Announces 2005-2006 Board Appointments
Philadelphia, PA, August 4, 2005– Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, one of Philadelphia’s largest providers of healthcare services, has announced new board
appointments for fiscal year 2006.
Richard J. Braemer, Esq. of Center City Philadelphia, was elected to his first term as Chairman, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Board of Trustees,
the governing body of the organization, and the Board of Overseers, which serves in an advisory and fundraising capacity.
Mr. Braemer is an attorney and partner with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll. He previously served three terms as Chairman,
Albert Einstein Healthcare Services Board of Trustees.
In addition,
Richard C. Sheerr of Bryn Mawr, PA, was elected Chairman, Albert Einstein Healthcare Services Board of Trustees. He previously served three
terms as Chairman, Albert Einstein Physician Services Board of Trustees. Mr. Sheerr is President of the Wagman Primus Group,
LP.
Robert P. Krauss of Lafayette Hill, PA, was elected Chairman, Albert Einstein Physician Services Board of Trustees. Mr. Krauss is an attorney
and partner with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll.

Arnold W. Cohen, MD, of Cherry Hill, NJ, is Chairman, Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology, Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Brian K. Derrick of Center City Philadelphia, is Chief Financial Officer, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network.
Richard H. Fine, MD, of West Windsor, NJ, is Chairman, Department of Anesthesiology, Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Phillip C. Ginsberg, DO, JD, of Bryn Mawr, PA, is Chairman, Division of Urology, Albert Einstein Medical Center and Director of the Urologic Surgery
Residency Program.
Terence A. S. Matalon, MD, of Villanova, PA, is Chairman, Department of Radiology, Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Steven L. Sivak, MD, of Philadelphia, is the Paul J. Johnson Chairman, Department of Medicine, Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Ronnie Somers of Elkins Park, PA, is President of Einstein’s Auxiliary and a founding member of the Breast Cancer Action Group at Einstein.
S. Ty Steinberg of Elkins Park, PA, is Chairman of the Advisory Board of MossRehab and former Chairman of MossRehab.
Mark S. Tanker, DO, of Bryn Mawr, PA, is a gastroenterologist at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Co-Medical Director of Einstein at Elkins
Park Hospital.
