
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Announces 2007-2008 Board Appointments
Philadelphia, PA, July 17, 2007 -- Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, one of Philadelphia’s largest providers of healthcare services, has announced new board
appointments for fiscal year 2008.
Richard J. Braemer, Esq., of Center City, Philadelphia, was elected to a second term as Chairman, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Board of Trustees, the governing body of the
organization, and the Board of Overseers, which serves in an advisory and fundraising capacity. Mr. Braemer is an attorney
and partner with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll
Richard C. Sheerr of Bryn Mawr, PA, was elected to a second term as Chairman, Albert Einstein Healthcare Services Board of Trustees. In addition, Robert P. Krauss, of Lafayette Hill, PA, was elected to a second term as Chairman, Albert Einstein Physician Services Board of Trustees.
Geoffrey M. Duffine, of Fort Washington, PA, was elected to Albert Einstein Healthcare Network’s Board of Overseers. Mr. Duffine is president of Duff Company, a distributor
and manufacturer of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies in Norristown, PA.
