Albert Einstein Healthcare Network Announces 2008-2009 Board Appointments
Philadelphia, PA, July14, 2008 – Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, one of Philadelphia’s largest providers of healthcare services, has announced new board
appointments for Fiscal Year 2009.
Since 2005, Richard J. Braemer, Esq., of Center City Philadelphia, has served as Chairman of Einstein’s Board of Trustees as well as its Board of Overseers. The
Board of Trustees is the governing body of the organization, and the Board of Overseers serves in an advisory and fundraising
capacity. Mr. Braemer is an attorney and partner with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll.
Six new members were elected to Albert Einstein Healthcare Network’s Board of Overseers: Steven Mark Altman; Donald P. Rosen,
MD; Madalyn Rovinsky; Melonease Shaw; Judith K. Trichon and Jay L. Weinstein.
Steven Mark Altman, of Ambler, PA, is the Principal of Altman Management II, Inc., a real estate investment firm in Fort Washington, PA. Donald P. Rosen, MD, of Princeton, NJ, is the founder and chief strategy officer of Radpharm, Inc., a leading imaging core lab, managing the
complete imaging segment of clinical trials for the global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. Madalyn Rovinsky, of Huntingdon Valley, PA, is Vice President of Bernie Robbins Jewelers.
Melonease Shaw, of Philadelphia, PA, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Maven, Inc., a business development firm dedicated to supporting
the growth of small, minority and women-owned businesses. Judith K. Trichon, of Huntingdon Valley, PA, is an independent management consultant. Ms. Trichon has twice served as President of the Friends
of MossRehab. Jay L. Weinstein, of Bala Cynwyd, PA, is a managing partner with Goldenberg Rosenthal, LLP, business advisors and certified public accountants
in Jenkintown, PA.
