This year, the Board of Trustees of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and Barry Freedman, President and CEO, hosted an exclusive
tour on February 12, 2008, of Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination. In addition to close to 200 of our closest friends and supporters, Einstein was pleased to welcome many dignitaries, including
new Philadelphia City Councilman, Bill Green. The first exhibit combining actual costumes and props from all the films, the
exhibit focused on linking today’s breakthroughs in prosthetic and rehabilitative medicine with the fictitious capabilities
of the robots featured in the original films.
