Einstein Healthcare Network offers a generous benefits program designed to give employees options and choices.
With three Preferred Provider Organization plans to choose from, two HMO plans and a Consumer-Driven Health Plan, employees can select basic or high option coverage based on their needs. Our health plans offer additional cost savings when you receive healthcare within the Einstein Healthcare Network.
Medical plans include:
Einstein supports health and wellness through smoke cessation programs, no co-pays for certain types of preventive screenings and telephonic health coaching.
Prescription PlanCompetitive co-pays on retail prescriptions, including generic, brand formulary and brand non-formulary drugs. Extra savings at Einstein's Employee Pharmacy.
Dental CoverageChoose coverage from Delta or Aetna DMO.
Vision PlanPurchase vision coverage though Vision Benefits of America (VBA). The plan provides annual exams and eyewear through VBA's network of over 10,000 providers.
Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment InsuranceGroup term life insurance is provided for all full-time, benefits-eligible employees. You can purchase additional term life insurance from Prudential for you, your spouse, domestic partner or children through payroll deduction.
Long-Term DisabilityContinuing until retirement or recovery, this benefit pays 60 percent of base salary, with a maximum benefit of $6,000 per month for non-work related illnesses or injuries.
Short Term DisabilityPurchase Short Term Disability benefits from Unum through payroll deduction. This voluntary benefit provides replacement income for up to 90 days if you are sick.
Healthcare/Dependent Care Reimbursement AccountsLower your tax burden. Use a reimbursement account to set aside pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical costs. Or set up an account for expenses related to childcare or care of a dependent adult.
Qualified Pension PlanOur pension plan is a defined benefit plan that offers 100 percent vesting after five years of service.
Retirement Savings PlanOn a pre-tax basis, save up to the maximum amount allowable and invest through Fidelity. Employer match of 20 percent up to four percent of your annual salary, capped at $50,000.
Group Legal PlanThis voluntary benefit provides such legal services as telephone consulting, will preparation, contract review and more for a low monthly fee paid through payroll deduction.
CarebridgeThis Employee Assistance Program provides you and your family with free, confidential consultation. Professional counselors can help you deal with such concerns as job pressures, family and relationship worries, parenting issues, death of a loved one, financial or legal troubles, drug or alcohol problems or other concerns. Carebridge is also a valuable resource and referral service that addresses such issues as childcare and eldercare resources, personal financial management, parenting, school options for your children, relocation, college planning, time and stress management, adoption guidance and more.
Credit UnionLoans, savings and checking accounts, holiday and vacation clubs and more are available through Freedom Credit Union.

Paid Time OffSick leave: 12 days per year.
The paid time of f bank (PTO) includes vacation of 10 to 20 days per year, depending on position and length of service and 10 holidays per year (four personal, six legal).
