Exercise for Older Adults and People with Physical Disabilities
MossRehab offers Moss Muscle Builders, a fitness program for frail, older adults and individuals with physical disabilities.
Fitness sessions include pool exercises or light aerobics and muscle strengthening.

Registered nurses are available to give you free information from our health information library. The library contains more
than 6,000 topics on adult medical, pediatric, adolescent, obstetric and gynecologic information. Information on prescription

Experts educate women about their own health concerns and empower them to make decisions about their care.
The Women's Center at Germantown Community Health Services, One Penn Boulevard, Philadelphia, provides a full range of gynecological services as well as prenatal care.
