Diabetes Education Clinic
(Only for people living with diabetes who are uninsured)

This free diabetes education clinic is held weekly every Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30am in 3214 Levy Building of the Albert Einstein Medical Campus. The focus of the clinic is diabetes education. This clinic is not able to provide free medical care, including medicines and testing supplies.
