Moss Muscle Builders
Tuesdays and Thursdays

MossRehab, part of Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, offers Moss Muscle Builders -a new fitness program for frail, older adults and individuals with physical disabilities. Fitness sessions, including pool exercises or light aerobics and muscle strengthening, are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. The cost of the program is $80 for a 12-week session. For both land and pool classes the cost is $125. Registration is required.
