The Einstein Center for Urban Health Policy and Research is host to a number of programs, demonstrations projects and applied research across the Network. Tailored patient-centered programs to improve patient knowledge and understanding of disease, and improve behaviors associated with disease management. Demonstration programs to improve organization and delivery of urban healthcare.
