Philip J Horn, MD
Dr. Horn’s special interests include menopausal issues, osteoporosis, premenstrual syndrome and sexually transmitted diseases. With over a dozen years of experience, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Germantown Community Health Services.
He has been involved in medical education with residents and students since 1994 and is the recipient of multiple teaching awards from both Einstein Medical Center and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Horn is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
