Robert S Wimmer, MD
Dr. Wimmer is Associate Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics and Residency Program Director. Dr. Wimmer is Chairman of Einstein's Institutional Review Board and is a member of the Graduate Medical Education Subcommittee at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr. Wimmer is the recipient of an American Cancer Society Award and a Dean's Cancer Research Fund Grant for his research in monoclonal antibody therapy of hematologic malignancy. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
