William J Gaughan, MD

In 2005 William J. Gaughan, MD, joined Einstein Center forKidney Transplantation as a transplant nephrologist.  He is a board—certifiednephrologist who treats patients after they undergo a kidney transplant and is certified in both internal medicine and nephrology. 

Dr.Gaughan’s areas of interest include diabetes, hypertension. His special areas of interest include quality of life issues for the dialysis patient and pregnancy outcomes in female kidney transplant recipients.
