William J Tester, MD
Dr. Tester is a graduate of the Albert Einstein Internal Medicine Residency Program and served as chief resident in 1979-1980. Dr. Tester completed a hematology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital and his medical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute.
Dr. Tester is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He also serves as Director of the Jefferson Cancer Network clinical trials program. He has received the Chief Residents' Award in honor of Herbert Waxman for Excellence in Clinical Teaching, the Faculty Council Research Award and the American Cancer Society Cancer Control Award. He has been recognized as a "Top Doc" by Philadelphia magazine by Castle Connolly, a national peer-survey organization.
