Thomas A. Brabson, DO, MBA

Dr. Brabson attended Einstein’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program from 1990 to1994 as well as an EMS Fellowship. He is
now the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey and
sits on the Board of Directors for the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine.
Gary E. Penner, MD

Gary attended Einstein’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program from 1995 to 2000. He is currently partnered in an Emergency
Medicine practice at Abington Memorial Hospital. Dr. Penner continues to actively participate in pre-hospital emergency medical
services as the Medical Director and Deputy Chief of the largest service in Montgomery County, the Second Alarmer’s Rescue.
Joseph J. Kuchinski, DO

Dr. Kuchinski has been named Director of Emergency Medicine at Saint Clare’s Hospital located in Sussex, New Jersey. He had
been an attending physician at Saint Clare’s for the past two years, served as Assistant Professor of Family Medicine a the
University of New England’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine
at New York’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.
