Mirye Kim, MD
Pediatrics Residency Program
1977 to 1980
Mirye currently operates a private practice in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Is married with 3 sons, all grown up and working in
the medical field. During his career, Mirye worked at children's rehab, Children's Seashore House, then at NICU at Virtua
Memorial Hospital in Voorhees, NJ & Mt. Holly, NJ for the last 15 years. He started a general pediatric private office practice
a few years ago. He immensely enjoys golf and comments, "if you play golf, you're my friend". In addition to his busy career,
Dr. Kim been going to Dominican Republic and Equador as part of "Healing the Children." He has been a medical volunteer for
the last 7-8 years.
Sadia Mufti, MD

Sadia attended Einstein’s Pediatric Residency Program from 2003 to 2006 and is currently working at an Einstein Community
Health Associates (ECHA) pediatric group practice.
Adebamo A. Oshodi, MBBS, MD, BSC
Pediatrics Residency Program
2003 to 2006
Adebamo attended Einstein’s Pediatric Residency Program from 2003 to 2006. He is currently attending a Neonatology Fellowship
at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital while he resides in Wilmington, Delaware.
Laurence A. Somers, MD
Pediatric Surgery Residency Program
1956 - 1957, 1958 - 1960, 1962 - 1963
Dr. Somers attended the Pediatric Surgery Residency at Einstein between the years of 1956 and 1963. He was the Chief of Surgery
at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children from 1976 to 1978 and Chief of Pediatiatric Surgery for AEMC for many years. He
has been married to Chiqui for 48 years, who is a n AEMC School of Nursing graduate, class of 1957. They share three children;
two are MD's from the Unviersity of PA, and 7 lovely grandchildren. Dr. Somers is proud to be a prostate cancer survivor.
L. Roy Newman, MD
Pediatric Residency Program
1949-1951
Dr. Newman attended Einstein’s Pedicatric Residency Program from 1949 to 1951 after which time he became Board Certified in
Pediatrics. Since his retirement from private practice in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, he enjoys a teaching appointment
at Jefferson University. Dr. Newman and his wife, Stephanie Klaus Newman, share four children and six grandchildren.
Milton L. Kolchins, MD
Rotating Internship, Pediatrics
1959-1960
Dr. Kolchins interned in Pediatrics at Einstein from 1959 to 1960. He currently maintains a private practice in Pediatrics
in Encino, California. Milton and wife Patricia (Klein) have been married since 1966 and share three children and two grandchildren.
Aguida C. Atkinson, MD
Pediatric Residency Program
1989-1990
Dr. Atkinson attended Einstein’s Pediatric Residency Program from 1989 to 1990. Aguida is working for Nemours and his time
is spent in Clinical Settings, Health and Prevention and Administration.
Barry Scott Kroll, MD
Pediatric Residency Program
1993-1995
Dr. Kroll attended Einstein’s Pediatric Residency Program from 1993 to 1995. He currently maintains a two-location private
practice, Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, P.C., in Trevose and Newtown, Pennsylvania. Barry and Judy have been married since
1998 and share a four-year old son, Max.
Robert Watterson, MD
Med-Peds Residency Program
1998-2002
Dr. Watterson attended Einstein’s Med-Peds Residency Program from 1998 to 2002. He is now serving our community as Einstein’s
Med-Peds Program Director.
Agnes Salvador, MD
Pediatrics Residency Program
1985-1991
Dr. Salvador attended Einstein’s Pediatrics Residency Program from 1985 to 1991 followed by a Pediatric Fellowship. She is
currently working in Einstein’s Division of Neurology.
Sarita Munuswamy, MBBS, MD
Pediatrics Residency Program
1979-1980
Sarita was a resident under her maiden name of Sarita Aneja between the years 1979 to 1980. She has maintained a private practice
for twenty-three years in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Mildred Greenberg-Eidelman, MD
Family Medicine Residency Program
1958-1959
Dr. Greenberg attended Einstein’s Family Medicine Residency Program from 1958 to1959. She maintained a private practice while
working for the Public Health District of Columbia for thirty-two years. Now widowed, she enjoys her four children, Mark,
Gary, Elissa and Faith and ten grandchildren, four of which are twins.
Diane Hochlerin, MD
Pediatric Internship
1966 to 1967
Diane attended the Pediatric Internship Program at Einstein from 1966 to 1967. She has maintained a private practice for thirty-eight
years and currently resides in New York.
Nelson Santos, MD
Pediatric Residency Program
1996-1999
Nelson attended Einstein’s Pediatric Residency Program from 1996 to 1999. He is employed with Nemours Pediatrics St. Francis
in Wilmington, Delaware where he resides as a single dad, with his 14-year-old son, Lucas.
Yaovares Thatsneyakul
Pediatric Fellowship Program
1974-1975
Yaovares attended Einstein’s Pediatric Fellowship Program (Perinatal-Neonatal Medicine) from 1974 to 1975. She is currently
employed by the New Jersey Department of Human Services as a medical consultant. Dr. Thatsneyakul is a New Jersey resident
who has been married for thirty one years. She welcomes news of other alumni who were in the program during those years!
