All residents who gain appointment (Match) to one of Einstein Healthcare Network’s graduate medical education training programs are provided a Graduate Training Agreement (contract). Graduate Training Agreements are issued annually. A resident’s progression to the next PGY year is determined by each residency program’s Evaluation and Promotion Committee.
Einstein Healthcare Network has the right to make modifications to such Graduate Training Agreement prior to executing a binding contract with a resident/fellow for the next academic year.
