Orientation for New House Staff
June 26 - 28, 2013:
- New House Staff Institutional Orientation (Mandatory)
- Report to Braemer Education Center no later than 6:45am on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 (campus directions and map)
The following instructions and timelines must be completed before you may begin training.
- Employment at Einstein is contingent upon your adherence to the terms and conditions of your Match Participation Agreement with the NRMP (if applicable).
- Employment at Einstein is contingent upon your successful completion of all required paperwork, a pre-employment health clearance (including drug and alcohol screening) and required vaccinations, a Pennsylvania Criminal History Record Check, a Child Abuse History Clearance (if applicable) and an FBI finger print based on Criminal History Record Check.
- Failure to meet any of these requirements or due dates (below) may result in delay of training.
Note: New Innovations is Einstein's electronic curriculum management system.

- Sign and return PA Pennsylvania Training License Application to OAA
- Review Salary and Benefits Sheets

- Sign and return all Human Resource paperwork
- Review Pre-employment physical instructions (LiveWell)
- Successfully login to New Innovations
- Complete all Human Resource and Academic Affairs paperwork in New Innovations

Note: Residents will receive 2nd email with login instructions from New Innovations
