Psychiatry - How to Apply
What are the application requirements?
Einstein Medical Center's Psychiatry Residency Program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service(ERAS). Complete applications require a dean's letter and transcript, National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) transcript (USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3, if available), personal statement, curriculum vitae and three letters of recommendation. The application deadline is December 31.
Selected applicants are invited to visit Einstein Medical Center for a personal interview.
Do you sponsor applicants for H1B and/or J1 visas?
We only consider international medical graduates with a permanent, J1, or H1B visa. It is the applicant’s responsibility to employ an immigration lawyer to obtain his/her visa. It is mandatory that all international medical graduates have their visas in hand by May 1. We will cooperate with the applicant and lawyer to expedite the visa process.
