Directions to Philadelphia Corporation for Human Development

Via I-95 (from either North or South)

Take the Academy Road exit and follow the Academy Road signs.
Cross Frankford Avenue (first light) and bear right.
Continue on Academy Road.
Cross Grant Avenue (Northeast Philadelphia Airport is on the left), and look for Red Lion Road (third traffic light, 8th District Police Station is on the corner).
Turn left at Red Lion Road.
Turn right onto Drummond Road (the first street on the right).
Go about 150 yards and turn left into Sant Properties Business Center (the first driveway).
The Center is to the right at the end of the driveway.

Via Roosevelt Boulevard (U.S. 1)

From U.S. 1 Northbound, turn right onto Grant Avenue (from U.S. 1 Southbound, turn left).
Follow Grant Avenue until the intersection of Academy Road and Grant Avenue and turn left.
Follow Academy Road to Red Lion Road (third traffic light, 8th District Police Station is on the corner).
Turn left at Red Lion Road.
Turn right onto Drummond Road (first street on the right).
Go about 150 yards and turn left into Sant Properties Business Center (the first driveway).
The Center is to the right at the end of the driveway.

Via Public Transportation

The Route 20 bus runs daily between the Bridge and Pratt Streets station (north end of the Market-Frankford Line) and the Neshaminy Mall. The bus stops where Red Lion and Academy Roads cross (two blocks from Drummond Road Business Center). During regular business hours, the bus runs every 20 minutes.

The Route 1 commuter bus runs between the 69th Street terminal and Academy and Red Lion Roads. It stops directly in front of the Center’s driveway during early morning and late afternoon hours.
