From Center City/Western Suburbs

Route 76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to Route 1 North (Roosevelt Boulevard Expressway). Cross bridge over Schuylkill River and head out toward Northeast Philadelphia. Proceed approximately 2 miles and take the 611 (Broad Street) exit.

At Broad Street turn left and proceed to Belfield Avenue (2 traffic lights). Get in left-hand turning lane and turn onto Belfield Avenue. Stay on Belfield Avenue through winding road through park. Once in park area, second traffic light is Wister Street. Turn right onto Wister Street (it is a steep hill). Go to first traffic light and turn left onto Chew Avenue and make another immediate left onto Penn Boulevard. Proceed up Boulevard and turn right into parking lot. The entrance to Germantown Community Health Services is on your left.

From Northern Suburbs (Route 309/Blue Route/Pennsylvania Turnpike)

East on Turnpike to Exit 26 (Fort Washington). South on Route 309 Expressway to end. At Cheltenham Avenue intersection, go straight across Cheltenham and bear right (between store and Exxon Gas Station). You will be on Upsal Street. Continue on Upsal until you reach Chew Avenue (10-15 blocks). Turn left on Chew Avenue. Continue on Chew passing Washington Lane and Chelten Avenue. Once past Chelten Avenue, go three lights to One Penn Boulevard and turn right. Proceed up Boulevard and turn right into parking lot. The Hospital entrance is on your left.

From Chestnut Hill/Mt. Airy Area

South on Germantown Avenue to Mt. Airy Avenue. Turn left onto Mt. Airy Avenue. To first traffic light turn right onto Chew Avenue. Continue on Chew passing Washington Lane and Chelten Avenue. Follow directions for Northern Suburbs, see above.

From Benjamin Franklin Bridge

Bridge leads onto Vine Street. Follow inside lanes that lead onto Schuylkill Expressway (Rt. 76). Follow directions for Center City/Western Suburbs, see above.

From New Jersey - From Tacony Palmyra Bridge

Follow Levick Street off bridge. Turn left at Roosevelt Boulevard. (Rt.1 South). Stay in outer lanes. Follow to Broad Street exit. Make a right onto Broad Street. Follow directions for Center City/Western Suburbs.
