to independence following hospitalization.
Willowcrest is the largest subacute skilled nursing facility in the Philadelphia region, providing quality, cost-effective
care when a person no longer requires hospitalization, but the treatment regimen they need is too intensive for home care.
Licensed nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals help patients at Willowcrest prepare for a home treatment regimen
or transfer to a rehab center. Many patients come to Willowcrest following joint replacement surgery prior to beginning intensive
physical rehab.
