Our resource center seeks to promote knowledge that empowers patients, families and staff through means of:

    • Providing a wide range of educational materials for those seeking information about mental illnesses, eating and addictive disorders and appropriate courses of recovery
    • Helping patients and their families obtain information about community resources, social services and peer support services
    • Supporting clinicians in promoting recovery and to reduce the stigma that can create a barrier to treatment

The Resource Center is funded by an endowment by Freda Kraftsow Sacks and is staffed by volunteers.
