  • Urologic Institute of Southeastern Pennsylvania Opens New Suite At Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia

    Published: 05/01/2014

The Urologic Institute of Southeastern Pennsylvania has moved across campus and opened a new state of the art suite at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, offering a full range of services in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases for men and women. The address for the new location is 5501 Old York Road, MossRehab Building, Tabor Road Entrance, 3rd Floor, Sley Building, Philadelphia, PA 19141.

The team of skilled urologic physicians uses the most up-to-date techniques, including robotic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, or non-invasive treatments for enlarged prostates, kidney stones or urinary difficulties. As needed, the physicians coordinate care with other Einstein programs, including Liver and Kidney Transplantation, Women’s Health, Cardiology, Digestive Health, Oncology, Pain Management, and MossRehab.

“We’re excited to be able to provide our services in a brand new suite, specifically designed for the needs of our patients, physicians and staff,” says Daniel Canter, MD, Associate Chairman of the Urologic Institute. “The details of this space were carefully thought out to maximize efficiently and safety.”

In addition to Dr. Canter, Robert Uzzo, MD, Chairman of Einstein’s Department of Urology, and Serge Ginzburg, MD, are the physicians at the Urologic Institute who will be seeing patients in this new location.
