MossRehab
MossRehab Hospital is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top tertiary rehabilitation centers in the United States. An integral part of Einstein Medical Center's facility,
MossRehab enhances training and provides for a continuity of care with regards to reconstructive/joint replacement surgery,
amputation surgery/prosthetics, etc.
An advanced, up-to-date Gait Analysis Laboratory provides a unique educational experience and permits the treatment of disorders
not possible at other institutions. Dynamic EMG, video analysis and computerized gait analysis form the foundation of this
unit. A highly advanced Motor Control Analysis Laboratory for the upper extremity complements this high-tech approach to patient
care.
Shriners' Hospital for Children, Philadelphia Unit
With the completion of the new, advanced, multi-million-dollar facility located two miles from Einstein Medical Center, the
experience in pediatric orthopaedics has greatly advanced. A four-month rotation provides ample experience in the diagnosis
and treatment of numerous pediatric orthopaedic disorders, congenital abnormalities, scoliosis, cerebral palsy, pediatric
spinal cord injuries and limb length/angular deformities.
St. Christopher's Hospital for Children
A two-month pediatric rotation immediately follows the Shriner's Hospital rotation. St. Christopher's Hospital for Children
provides a wealth of pediatric trauma and general pediatric experience to the Einstein Medical Center Orthopaedic resident.
Willowcrest Division/Albert Einstein Medical Center
A skilled nursing facility, connected to the medical center and offering an active independent physical therapy and rehabilitation
department, provides extended care to many orthopaedic patients. The MossRehab Subacute Unit is located here as well, providing
additional postoperative and rehabilitation care.
Center One Surgery Center
A modern surgical center, Center One Surgery Center is utilized for patients undergoing outpatient procedures such as shoulder
and knee arthroscopy, hand surgery and minor general orthopaedic procedures.

Einstein Elkins Park
Einstein Elkins Park Hospital is a suburban community hospital offering a full complement of orthopaedic services. Inpatient
and outpatient surgical experience includes joints, arthroscopy, hand, foot/ankle and general orthopaedics. Einstein Elkins
Park is the main campus of MossRehab, one of the top rehabilitation programs in the United States.
