Patient Advocates

  • Patient advocates act as liaisons between patients and staff to resolve problems and support patients' rights.

    Advocates can help with

    • Special needs or requests
    • Information about services
    • Emotional support
    • Life support questions, including Do Not Resuscitate, medications and other end-of-life decisions known as advance directives
    • Temporary housing at Hospitality House
    • Notary Services: Notaries are located on-site at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park and MossRehab through the Patient Services Department.
