The Einstein Language Bank Program provides spoken language and sign language interpreters for patients, families and staff within Albert Einstein Healthcare Network.

• Interpreters are available free of charge
• Interpreters are available at any time
• A telecommunications device is available to help hearing-impaired patients

• All requests for interpreters will be honored

The Einstein Language Bank Program uses both in-person interpreters and telephone interpretation services depending on the needs, the time of day and availability of individual interpreters.
