Einstein’s Notice of Privacy Practices informs you of how your protected health information is used and disclosed today within
the Einstein network. It also tells you what rights you have to access and to protect your health information.
The Einstein Notice of Privacy Practices is posted in our registration areas and is given to patients as they are admitted
to the hospital or visit outpatient areas for services and treatment.
We encourage you to read the Notice and ask questions.
