A carefully planned program of clinical rotations provides residents with a comprehensive clinical experience in general pediatrics
and an introduction to various pediatric subspecialties. The clinical rotations at Einstein Medical Center are complemented
with inpatient rotations at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children (SCHC).
Residents take on increasing responsibilities in both patient care and teaching throughout their three years. Night and weekend
call schedules provide coverage of all clinical areas. Senior residents take in-house call each night to supervise junior
residents and medical students. Attending physicians are available 24 hours a day for consultation.
