Who we are
Graduates of the Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia School of Nursing, which encompasses former Jewish Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital graduates.

Meetings of the Alumni Board
All board meetings are held on the third floor of the Hackenburg Building of Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia at 7:30 PM. Meetings are on the last Tuesday of the month from September through May. The Annual General Membership Meeting is the 1st Tuesday of May. All alumni are welcome to attend.

Donations
When donating to the Scholarship Fund or Nurses Beneficial Fund, please send donations to the addresses listed for Fund representatives. DO NOT send any donation to the Medical Center. This delays the Alumni Association’s receipt of the donation and an acknowledgment of your gift. Make checks payable to Einstein Nurses’ Alumni Association and memo the fund to which you are donating. State whether it is in memory or in honor of an individual and include the individual’s name.

Nurses Annual Alumni Luncheon
The Annual Alumni Luncheon is held every fall. Dates and location will be advertised in the Nurses Alumni Bulletin and on the Alumni web site.

How to obtain a copy of your transcript:
Alpha System will provide the storage, retrieval, and distribution of the transcripts for the Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia School of Nursing. Mail requests to:

Educational Scholarships available for high school and graduate nurses

General Information
The Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia Nurses’ Alumni Association provides scholarships for qualified applicants who show financial need in their pursuit of one of the following educational programs: Baccalaureate in Nursing Degree, Diploma in Nursing, Associate’s Degree in Nursing, or a specialty nursing certification program.

Up to $1500 will be awarded to all applicants who meet the criteria. This is a one-time offer. Any applicant who is awarded a scholarship will receive a check in the mail in August made out to the college he or she is attending.

The graduate nurse scholarships are determined by the Scholarship Committee and the Nurses’ Alumni Board of Directors based on the cost of the program for which one is applying.
