As an Einstein nurse, you’ll participate in decisions related to bedside care and nursing practice through our shared governance model. You’ll have many opportunities for meaningful involvement related to clinical practice, education, quality management, research and much more.

Support to Help You Care for Patients
When you’re providing hands-on patient care, we do whatever it takes to protect your time with patients. For example, even in stat situations, you won’t have to run to the pharmacy or storeroom because there are people who will do this for you. And our evolving Clinical Information System (CIS), which maintains computer-based patients records and charts, will reduce paperwork and put important patient information at your fingertips from any location throughout our network.
