At Belmont Behavioral Health, we offer personalized substance abuse treatment, including crisis intervention, inpatient and
outpatient services. A psychiatrist who specializes in drug and alcohol addiction is involved in every step of the recovery
process.
We also work with families to identify problems that might have triggered the substance abuse. Our programs are designed to
return patients to work, school and home life as quickly as possible. We also provide meeting sites for various 12-step, advocacy
and family groups.
The
Woodside Hall Inpatient Addictions Treatment Program is a caring, sophisticated addictions program located at
Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment. Woodside Hall offers inpatient hospitalization for alcoholism and chemical dependency. During his or her stay, the patient
becomes a member of the Woodside Hall family. He or she participates in a treatment program designed to promote recovery and
restore productivity.
We provide the following services to our inpatients:
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
- Group and family psychotherapy
- Medication treatment and education
- Additional therapies, such as problem solving, spirituality and addiction education
- Discharge planning
- Regularly scheduled 12-step self-help meetings held on Belmont Center's campus, including: Al-Anon, Alcoholics Anonymous,
Cocaine Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous
We also offer an
Inpatient Dual Diagnosis Unit for those suffering from both substance abuse and mental illness.
Outpatient treatment is provided at a variety of locations, including
Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment and
Philadelphia Center for Human Development.
The
CAREER Programs help minimize a patient's absence from work and family through flexible scheduling and personalized treatment. Designed as
an intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization service, all care is coordinated through a certified addictions counselor.
Treatment is provided up to six hours a day, five days a week; or three hours a day for three days a week.
