Referral and Admission Process
We recognize that timely admissions and quality care are critical to helping your patient. To that end, we have streamlined
our admissions process and created a checklist of the information you will need to ensure a speedy admission process.
Our admissions group is staffed with:
· Psychiatrists
· Psychologists
· Master level clinicians
· Crisis admission counselors
For professional referrals, contact our 24-hour triage and evaluation center to arrange admissions at 1-800-220-HELP (4357).
Patients are welcome to call or walk in for an evaluation or to speak with a counselor.
We accept coverage by most insurance carriers including many HMOs, PPOs, Medicare and Medicaid and will negotiate nonparticipating
agreements with insurance companies that we do not have a contract with. In addition, we routinely assist uninsured patients
with the applications process for medical assistance and currently have about an 80% acceptance rate.
