Dr. Best is board certified in Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine, and is a consultant for the Infectious Disease Clinic of Albert Einstein Medical Center. She has a special interest in education, and is the Psychiatry Residency Training Director at Albert Einstein Medical Center. She has additional training in psychoanalysis, and is an advanced candidate with the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. Dr. Best is an advocate for the profession of psychiatry and for psychiatric patients, and will serve as President of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society for the year 2007-2008.
