Dr. Bell is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College and completed his residency training in Psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is board certified in Psychiatry and has served as the Medical Director for Outpatient Psychiatry at AEMC for many years. He treats adult patients of all ages but specializes in geriatric psychiatry. He also has special interests in psychopharmacology, depression, and bipolar disorder.
