Dr. Cosgrove is a graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania (MCP) and completed his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is board certified in Psychiatry and has served as the Medical Director for Outpatient Psychiatry at Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment for many years. His specialties are general adult psychiatry and Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
