Dr. Harlan is a graduate of Ohio State University and completed her residency training and child fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is currently the Medical Director for the Child and Adolescent Rapid Assessment and Treatment program.
