Dr. Otero-Perez is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed his residency training in adult psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is board eligible and his special interests include emergency and outpatient psychiatry. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.
