Dr. Rosenstein graduated Temple University Medical School in 1979. He did an internship in Family Medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital, and completed his psychiatry residency at Temple University Hospital. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, with added qualifications in Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Rosenstein served as the Medical Director of the Division of Geriatric Psychiatry and director of the Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship training program until June 2001. Currently, he has an outpatient practice in general and geriatric psychiatry at the Einstein Center One in Northeast Philadelphia. Dr. Rosenstein consults at several nursing homes, as well as for the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, where he evaluates elderly who are victims of abuse and/or neglect.
