Dr. Zisselman earned his MD at New York Medical College and completed his residency training at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center, New York. He is board certified with added qualifications in geriatric psychiatry and has special interests in all areas of geriatric psychiatry as well as Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Dr. Zisselman joined the staff of AEMC as a geriatric psychiatrist and became Medical Director of the Geriatric Psychiatry division a year later. Soon after that he added Inpatient Psychiatry to his responsibilities and served as Medical Director for Inpatient and Geriatric Psychiatry. Currently, he is the Associate Chair for the Department of Psychiatry at AEMC.
