Outpatient Program - Older Adults
Most behavioral health issues in older adults are successfully treated through Belmont’s outpatient program.
A combination of medication management and counseling is used to address both “chemical imbalances” and crucial life events
that may have triggered the behavioral health issue. Belmont recognizes that everyone is different so all individuals are
evaluated on a case-by-case basis, to determine the type and appropriate level of care. Each patient’s level of care is periodically
reassessed during the course of treatment.
Outpatient care is available at several Belmont Behavioral Health facilities throughout the Philadelphia region including:
- Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment — off of City Line Avenue near the intersection of Ford Road and Monument Avenue
- Albert Einstein Medical Center — near the intersection of Old York and Tabor Roads
- Germantown Community Health Services — near the intersection of Chew Street and Olney Avenue (next to La Salle University)
- Philadelphia Center for Human Development — near the intersection of Drummond and Red Lion Roads
- Einstein Center One — near the intersection of Bustleton and Haldeman Avenues
