Belmont Behavioral Health’s Partial Hospitalization program provides comprehensive psychotherapy services for bipolar disorders.
Upon intake a psychiatric evaluation is performed and a determination is made about the type and appropriate level of care.
There are three levels of care provided:
Acute care – which is short-term intensive care for individuals who are transitioning out of the hospital.
Intermediate transition care – which serves patients who are experiencing an exacerbation of symptoms
Subacute care – which prevents symptom relapse of patients with chronic illness.
