Partial Hospitalization - Obsessive/compulsive disorder (OCD)
Belmont Behavioral Health’s Partial Hospitalization program provides comprehensive psychotherapy services for OCD. It is available
for adults and older adults at the Philadelphia Center for Human Development.
Upon intake a psychiatric evaluation is performed and a determination is made about the type and appropriate level of care.
There are three levels of care provided:
Acute care – which is short-term intensive care for individuals who are transitioning out of the hospital.
Intermediate transition care – which serves patients who are experiencing an exacerbation of symptoms.
Subacute care – which prevents symptom relapse in patients with chronic illness.
