Einstein’s highly recognized Cancer Awareness and Prevention (CAP) program conducts educational programs and cancer screenings in our underserved communities. During the past six years, Einstein has brought cancer screening to African-American, Latino and Asian neighborhoods that traditionally do not receive standard medical care. This community-based program has reached more than 12,000 people through the educational programs, and has screened more than 2,600 people for cancer.
