Free physician referral. Just a phone call away, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network nurses can help you find the doctors who best meet your medical and personal needs.

Free Health Programs and Screenings. A variety of programs and screenings, held throughout the region on a monthly basis, can help you achieve optimal health.

Free Premier Years Newsletter. As a Premier Years member, you will receive a newsletter filled with healthcare news, health tips and a calendar of Premier Years health screenings and educational programs.

Free notary services. Have your most valuable documents, including advanced directives, living wills and durable power of attorney, notarized for free by making an appointment with a Premier Years counselor.

Special events for members only. Enjoy a variety of special events including lectures, special interest discussions and more.

Free senior information referral. Get free information on a variety of topics, ranging from how to select a nursing home to how to get assistance during a weather emergency, by simply calling the Premier Years office for assistance.

Special Discounts. As a Premier Years member, you are entitled to special discounts on health, personal, auto and home care products and services, as well as travel and leisure activities.
