Your score:
Answers you did not know:

HIGH: 40 and above
MODERATE: 20 to 39
LOW: 0 to 19

Don't Know: Talk to your physician about screening for any questions to which you marked "Don't Know"— It is important to know your risk factors.

Important:

Please note — your quiz result cannot predict whether or not you will develop heart disease. A high score does not necessarily mean you will develop heart disease and a low score does not necessarily mean that you will not.

Diagnosis and treatment of heart disease requires your doctor's advice; the quiz is not a substitute for regular medical checkups. Rather, the quiz is a guide to make you aware of your potential risk factors and to show you areas where you may be able to reduce your risk.

Scoring:

If your score is in the moderate or high range, or you have one or more "Don't Know's", talk to your doctor about testing and ways to reduce your risk.

If your score is low, you should still talk with your doctor about testing and ways to lower your modifiable risk factors.

If you do not have a physician, call 1 800-EINSTEIN for a confidential referral. To search for a doctor in your area, try searching our  Physician Finder.
